Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and maintains a strong atmosphere. This role involves managing the stockroom, overseeing inventory movement, processing shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is consistently stocked and visually appealing. Responsibilities extend to handling E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience. Behind the scenes, this role is crucial for operational efficiency and the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized
• Proactive team player who takes ownership
• Customer-first mindset
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus)
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
