About The Position

The Operations Associate III is responsible for the day-to-day Operations activities in support of assigned business line. This role performs more diverse/complex tasks with minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the assigned department and other departments within TD Bank, and works to identify and address process improvements. The associate also provides support to less experienced staff, responds to inquiries, and assists in resolving problems/complaints. Responsibilities may include finding and supplying data impacting accounts, protecting privacy and non-public information, assisting in the prevention of fraudulent activities, and reviewing application information against host systems for accuracy and completeness. The role also involves suggesting changes or modifications to policies and procedures to the supervisor based on day-to-day observations and activities, and escalating more complex or unusual issues to lead or supervisory staff.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 Years of related experience
  • Thorough understanding of all aspects of Operations Associate I and II position, with the ability to meet goals and standards established by the department
  • Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to position
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to be detail-oriented and handle a heavy workload in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proven leadership skills
