We are looking for an Operations Associate I to join our Chattanooga, TN Team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, and 0-2 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English to comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP)
- Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, team player
- Proof of 20/20 or better vision, unaided or corrected
Responsibilities
- Manufacture medical device balloons per specifications
- Read, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.)
- Have some computer proficiency with a willingness to learn computer systems required to perform job responsibilities
- Be able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple process responsibilities
- Demonstrate personal initiative and the ability to effectively execute tasks independently
- Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc.
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have ability to modify work shift as needed by business conditions
- Communicate problems to supervisor or lead
- Seek clarity from supervisor or lead when needed
- Perform other duties as required
