About The Position

Senior Helpers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily office operations and help ensure smooth coordination between caregivers, clients, and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys keeping systems, records, and communication running efficiently behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in office administration, healthcare, staffing, or operations
  • Familiarity with WellSky or similar systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to office staff and leadership
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date
  • Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and internal communication
  • Enter and manage data in company systems and support reporting tasks
  • Assist with payroll, billing, and general office support as needed
  • Help maintain compliance, confidentiality, and organized workflows
  • Support office supplies, training materials, and internal coordination
