Operations Assistant
About The Position
Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This full-time position involves assisting with various operational tasks, including processing and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents, tracking service performance, and preparing information for operational reporting. The role requires interaction with internal and external customers, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and support for dock operations such as inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy. Additionally, the position involves conducting pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance, supporting slot sequencing and re-slotting, and monitoring out-of-stock conditions. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)
- 1 to 3 years of related experience

Responsibilities
- Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance
- Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking
- Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy
- Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance
- Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions
