About The Position
This position is contingent upon contract award. SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location.
Requirements
- Active in scope Secret clearance.
- High school diploma, vocational school or trade school diploma.
- Five (5) years of work experience in a leadership role.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Aptitude to grasp work management systems and reporting using applicable applications related to the work.
Responsibilities
- Receive and record all OM&R work requests.
- Manage day-to-day operations and updates to the CMMS.
- Execute a preventative maintenance program.
- Maintain prioritized schedules for OM&R and preventative maintenance programs.
- Initiate and manage "best practices" and process improvements.
- Measure work performance against established goals and standards.
