As a key member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of assigned facilities. You will be responsible for the planning, development, and coordination of all aspects related to the physical infrastructure, safety, and maintenance of the campus. This includes overseeing facility projects, managing maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency. You will manage facility security, including coordinating inspections, repairs, and maintenance of security devices. Additionally, you will develop and maintain all facility management policies and procedures within QMS infrastructure.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
• 3 years related experience managing facility operations, maintenance, and support services
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for all facility actions
• Facility access control
• Purchasing, Ordering, Vendor approvals and Purchase compliance approvals
• Management of front office team
• Management of Government Furnished Equipment, Software license management, and Inventory reporting

Benefits

• The salary range is $95,000 to $145,000 annually with benefits.
