We are looking for new colleagues for performing production work in our Coating & Laminating area. All positions will report and work under the general supervision of a Team Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • This will be a night shift – 8pm – 8am
  • You understand and follow all safety procedures
  • You are willing to work 12 hour rotating shift schedules
  • Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating, sending, and receiving e-mail and data entry
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following:
  • In roll-to-roll converting industry
  • Solvent based coating deposition, dying, or web slitting
  • Working in a hazardous rated environment
  • Experience manufacturing Window Films

Responsibilities

  • Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
  • Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
  • Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance
  • Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action
  • Other duties as assigned
