The Operations and Activation Manager is a key position within the newly created Cadillac F1 Marketing team. This role requires being a key contributor and leader in developing long-term activation plans, short term tactical plans, overseeing day to day operations, and generally a "Chief Problem Solver." This role is specific to Cadillac Formula 1 Marketing. The world of F1 is new for GM - almost like a startup - thus each day encounters new challenges to overcome. Problem solving, flexibility and adaptability are key. Working with each of our global markets requires flexible work hours including weekends. Travel could be extensive, including weekends, both global and domestic.
