About The Position

We are hiring an Operations Analytics Manager to join our Operations Team in our corporate office in Denver, CO: Key Responsibilities: • Address and resolve challenging analytical problems, supporting various teams within the organization including Operations, Revenue Management, FP&A, and Accounting. • Collaborate closely with operations leaders to analyze complex data scenarios, offering direction and support on data-driven decision-making • Assist in ongoing operations analytics forecasting, database development, and long-term strategic planning. • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, communicating insights to senior management and other stakeholders. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data or Financial Analytics with a track record of success.
Requires strong technical acumen with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Excellent business writing and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Real Estate not required.
Experience in various coding languages, VBA, Python, or other platforms are a positive, but not required.

Benefits

Expected pay range of $108,000 - $125,000 base salary plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
