About The Position

We are hiring an Operations Analytics Manager to join our Operations Team in our corporate office in Denver, CO: Key Responsibilities: • Address and resolve challenging analytical problems, supporting various teams within the organization including Operations, Revenue Management, FP&A, and Accounting. • Collaborate closely with operations leaders to analyze complex data scenarios, offering direction and support on data-driven decision-making • Assist in ongoing operations analytics forecasting, database development, and long-term strategic planning. • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, communicating insights to senior management and other stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data or Financial Analytics with a track record of success.
  • Requires strong technical acumen with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Real Estate not required.
  • Experience in various coding languages, VBA, Python, or other platforms are a positive, but not required.

  • Expected pay range of $108,000 - $125,000 base salary plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
