The Operations Analytics Analyst provides analytical support for internal operational reporting, data infrastructure maintenance, and ad hoc analysis needs across Clinical Operations, Finance, and other internal departments. This role is a core contributor to the day-to-day functioning of the Analytics team, responsible for building and maintaining queries, views, and reporting pipelines that keep internal stakeholders informed and operationally aligned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working with large, complex healthcare datasets in a modern cloud data environment. They operate with a high degree of accuracy and follow established processes while continuously looking for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of analytical workflows. This role reports to the Manager, Operations Analytics and works primarily in support of internal customers, with limited direct client interaction.
