About The Position

This role is focused on improving business operations, scalability, and execution by working at the intersection of data, systems, and AI-enabled workflows. The Operations Analyst will streamline processes, integrate tools across the organization, own high-impact operational initiatives, build and optimize systems, and leverage AI and automation to reduce friction, increase speed, and enable efficient company scaling.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or a startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a work setting to automate or streamline processes.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools) and turning numbers into clear recommendations, not just dashboards.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs).
  • Strong communicator who works well across teams, translates technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders, and builds buy-in before rolling out changes.
  • Organized and process-minded, comfortable documenting what you build so others can run it without you.
  • Resourceful and scrappy, preferring to Google the problem, ask AI, or figure it out independently first before seeking assistance.
  • Proactive in approach to work, consistently looking for areas for improvement without being told.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus if you can show us what you've built with automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Research, test, and help roll out SaaS tools that eliminate manual work and speed up team workflows.
  • Support system integrations across platforms (CRM, account management, internal tools, etc.) by building connectors, troubleshooting data flows, and reducing manual handoffs.
  • Build and deploy automations using no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, and AI tools to eliminate repetitive tasks across teams.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, Claude, automation platforms) by continuously experimenting, learning new capabilities, and bringing back practical applications that improve how the team works.
  • Map, redesign, and document scalable processes so that improvements stick and others can follow them without handholding.
  • Dig into operational data to spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then propose and implement fixes, not just reports.
  • Execute strategic priorities set by the SVP of Operations / Chief of Staff and own the follow-through from start to finish.

Benefits

  • Autonomy to take ownership, move quickly, and turn ideas into action.
  • Leadership that values pragmatism, creativity, and momentum.
  • Clear accountability, low ego, and learning as we go.
  • Chance to shape how the company operates, scales, and wins.
  • Work that has a meaningful impact on the future of mobility.
  • Equal opportunity employer.
  • Commitment to DEIB initiatives.
  • Building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
