About The Position
The Operations Analyst supports USSOCOM J6 PMOSS requirements by providing specialized program, operational, financial, technical, architectural, or project support services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
- Eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) may be required based on assignment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting DoD, USSOCOM, or other Federal agencies.
- Experience with strategic planning, program support, or IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned PMOSS functional requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, briefings, analyses, and recommendations for Government leadership.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across USSOCOM, Components, and TSOCs.
- Maintain compliance with Government policies, procedures, and security requirements.
- Support continuous process improvement and mission execution.
