Job Summary The Operations Analyst will provide daily support for the CM operations function. This includes partnering closely with others in the operations team, producers and other departments in several key areas including the bi-weekly commission pay process, deal-related support to the accounting and data optimization teams, licensing support and cross sell deal management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Process commissions and support pool payouts in Dealio for inclusion in the bi-weekly commission payroll for the Texas office locations with other locations to be added based upon need.
Update commission schemas in Dealio as needed.
Research and resolve commission and support pool related inquiries.
Perform analysis, reconciliations, and periodic audits of commissions and support bonus pools to ensure accuracy.
Develop into a subject matter expert on commission processes (both in Capforce and Dealio) and be the key contact for assigned markets to respond to commission and support pool payments.
Act as a backup for commission processing across all markets
Act as liaison between US and international deal teams on cross sell opportunities to ensure the required agreements are completed and uploaded to the opportunity.
Follow up with deal teams on overdue opportunities to provide for a more accurate pipeline and timelier accounting close process.
Provide guidance and training on fee sheet creation and other deal-related matters in Capforce.
Update licenses in Capforce as needed
Review investor center listings to ensure compliance with state law
Producer separations – manage sign off process for outstanding balances related to terminating producers
Monthly review of consulting opportunities related to cross sell activity
Distribution of key reports to leadership
Work with CM reporting on testing of new reports and dashboards
Other projects as assigned
