Are you ready to change the way the world moves? In this position... We are seeking an experienced individual to join Business Operations in Ford Racing. Business Operations supports the Organization including Motorsports Competition, Engineering and Marketing while working directly with Ford’s Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting, Legal/Risk Analysis and Vehicle Program Teams. Business Operations support spans across all of the Program teams or race series Motorsports competes in which includes NASCAR, NHRA, multiple Sportscar series, Australia Supercar, Formula 1 and numerous Off-Road Racing series. This is a very dynamic, fast-paced, and unique position that incorporates a broad range of responsibilities with exposure to cross-functional management. Currently, we have an opening in Business Operations and look forward to welcoming the ideal candidate as soon as identified! We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to manage the operational needs of the Engineering and Program Teams. Program Teams include Production Vehicle or Racing Programs (e.g. NASCAR/NHRA, Sports Car, Off-Road, Formula 1) or other competition/customer racing programs. The Business Operations Specialist's responsibilities include managing the assigned business and operational elements of the engineering team which may include managing facility needs, purchase orders, part orders, financial reporting, audit reporting/compliance, cycle plan, resolving supplier invoicing/payment issues, vehicle management, ongoing optimization of processes, collaborating with the team, and additional issue resolution as program needs arise.
