About The Position

Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support our organization in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area. This position is contingent upon government approval. The role involves supporting organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing taskers and staffing packets, developing and publishing operational policies and procedures, controlling and scheduling organizational resources, planning and supporting organizational events, and archiving operations functional documents. Depending on placement, the role may also support special requirements such as FOIA, International Programs, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, and Security.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Secret Clearance required
• Level II: AS degree and 5+ years of experience OR HS Diploma/Equivalent and 7+ years of experience
• Level III: BS degree and 10 years of experience OR AS degree and 13+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders
• Manage taskers and staffing packets
• Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
• Control, manages and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
• Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
• Archive Operations functional documents and information
• Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
• Plan and manage facility requirements
• Support special requirements (FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.)
