About The Position

Collaborating with various departments, providing analysis and support for field operations, leading implementation support for new functions, processes, and systems, and participating in new product development teams, Quality Action Teams (QAT), and special project teams.

Requirements

  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365/Exchange distribution lists and dynamic groups.
  • Proficiency creating and maintaining dynamic membership rules and attribute-based filters.
  • Experienced in designing, implementing, and managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Skilled in configuring, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and libraries to support effective collaboration and content management across teams.
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information and to communicate with all levels of management
  • Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to groups and/or individuals
  • Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions
  • Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures used in field operations

Responsibilities

  • Provides analysis and support for field operations, including trend analysis, process development and documentation, training development, and troubleshooting
  • Leads implementation support for deployment of new functions, processes and systems as needed. Leads and participates on/leads new product development teams, Quality Action Teams (QAT), and special project teams
  • Collaborates with corporate departments, Information Technology (IT), and field personnel across the company
  • Drives operational efficiency by automating manual processes across CSS Help Desk workflows, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks.
  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365/Exchange distribution lists and dynamic groups to ensure accurate email routing, automated group membership, and reliable communication across the organization.
  • Improves data accuracy and visibility through custom Power BI dashboards, enabling leadership to make timely, data-driven decisions.
  • Enhances scalability by building sustainable, automated systems that support the growing field and internal support demands.
  • Strengthens cross-functional alignment by maintaining critical SharePoint resources, supporting the Critical Systems Support department, and facilitating training.
  • Reduces overhead and risk by replacing error-prone manual tasks with automated, auditable workflows across reporting and field communications.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for all of the systems supported by the CSS Help Desk and assists with testing of new system functionality, to be used as a sounding board for new feature development.
  • Represents CSS on ITCC bridge calls and assists with troubleshooting and triage during system issues affecting applications supported by CSS.
  • Executes communications plans notifying the field and upper management of significant outages or system issues.
  • Leads and participates in tactical and strategic project teams
  • Validates and updates performance metric analysis and reports
  • Develops administrative processes and business requirements to support new system enhancements
  • Initiates and implements process improvements for the CSS Help Desk
  • Documents field processes and updates appropriate corporate publications
  • Communicates process changes to the field organization in a timely manner
  • Monitors key indicators of field performance, assists in root cause analysis, and collaborates with field personnel to improve and implement corrective actions
  • Provides on-site support to field operations
  • Provides on-site support during FRO rollout for GPDE
  • Continuously improving internal department work processes through applied technology
  • Updating systems and databases to improve department work processes
  • Applies Project Management fundamentals and concepts. Leads and participates on new product development teams, Quality Action Teams (QAT), and special project teams, and cross functional projects
  • Provides implementation support for deployment of new functions, processes and systems
  • Supports budgeting process and performs financial cost/benefit analysis of recommended solutions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
