The Operations Analyst is responsible for improving terminal‑level profitability, asset utilization, and service performance by converting transportation and financial data into actionable operational insights. This role exists to ensure that terminals are using trucks, trailers, containers, labor, and routes efficiently—and that leadership decisions are grounded in measurable performance data rather than anecdotal reporting. The Operations Analyst does not manage day‑to‑day dispatch, but instead provides performance transparency, variance analysis, and decision support to executive leadership and terminal management.
