Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training in operations, customer service systems, or warranty analysis; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your analytical and technical capabilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (experience with OWS/ACES, file feed resolution, or automotive parts/service systems is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead specific projects and collaborate effectively with diverse internal departments and external partners.
  • Candidates for positions with Ford Component Sales, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvements for the online order system, including conducting thorough pre- and post-production testing.
  • Direct and support Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes for both core and new/unused products within the ESG Cluster Programs.
  • Provide technical support and parts assistance for the Multimedia and Cluster Programs, including analyzing the Multimedia Inspect for Damage Program.
  • Resolve Service Center File Feed errors and support OWS (ACES) warranty claims processing.
  • Deliver comprehensive warranty analysis and insights to Finance, Marketing, Sales, and other Ford Customer Service (FCS) activities.
  • Generate invoicing and credits for specialized Ford programs.
  • Partner with the Customer Service Manager and FCSD personnel to develop, improve, and achieve specific program objectives.
