This role provides coordination, reporting, and system support within the Office of the Registrar’s Systems, Data and Digital Transformation (SDDT) portfolio. The position works closely with Business Analysts, OTR leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate intake processes, support project and reporting activities, and maintain operational systems and tools. The incumbent ensures that work is organized, documented, and aligned with established governance processes, while supporting the day-to-day execution of operational and institutional initiatives. In addition to coordination responsibilities, the role contributes to reporting and analytics support, system and tool maintenance, and process documentation, helping to ensure that reporting outputs, workflows, and technical environments remain accurate, consistent, and sustainable. This position supports continuous improvement by identifying and documenting opportunities to enhance processes, reporting practices, and system usage within defined frameworks.
