About The Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Analyst Sr. - Level 3 to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. What You Will Be Doing This dual role combines two equal weight functions—Sustainment Project Management and Sustainment Control Account Management (CAM)—to support global aircraft sustainment operations. In the Sustainment Project Management role you will be responsible for: Lead IT tool projects for sustainment logistics and supply chain solutions. Act as primary project manager, technical SME, and business owner for critical systems. Coordinate with internal groups, customers, program leadership, and IT to define, prioritize, and deliver requirements. Participate in IPTs, customer meetings, and planning sessions to align solutions with program goals. Validate system designs against sustainment principles, standards, and contracts. Provide technical support, metrics tracking, and reporting to drive data based improvements. Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross functional teams. In the Sustainment Control Account Manager (CAM) role you will be responsible for: Manage cost, schedule, and technical scope across multiple control accounts (repairs, spares, modifications, provisioning, warehousing). Develop/maintain forecasts, schedules, and financial updates for leadership decision making. Produce Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC) and conduct variance analysis with clear explanations. Ensure Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance and positive performance metrics. Collaborate with Program Management, Business Management, and Supply Operations to align financial and operational strategies. Present EVMS status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 4 years’ experience in the absence of a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience (i.e. creating/meeting project milestones, managing cost, schedule, and cross-functional partnerships).
  • Previous experience with IT Requirements (i.e. identifying defects, improvement opportunities, developing IT requirement, coordinating/interfacing with IT to achieve outcomes).
  • Previous Cost/Control Account Management, Project Management, Accounting, Scheduling, and/or Finance experience.
  • Experience with authoring of Basis of Estimates (BOE), technical writing, and/or proposal development for aerospace or DoD program contracting or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including Power Point and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts or dashboards from a data set).

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience with sustainment supply tools, item management, provisioning, and logistics (including Mod, Repair & Return, PSI/PBL programs).
  • SAP HANA & SAP proficiency; strong SQL skills; adept at analyzing large data sets.
  • Green/Black Belt certified – expertise in operating excellence and process improvement.
  • Prior Cost Account Management/EVMS experience (CAM 101 certified preferred) and solid use of Earned Value Management, master schedule development, critical path and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with F-35/IFG supply execution systems, APTS, contracts, and proposals.
  • Experience with technology transfers, transitions, and performance based logistics contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and lead large teams, meet cost schedule deadlines, and communicate effectively (written, presentations, stakeholder engagement).
  • Team player attitude with a focus on responsibility, accountability, and building strong relationships.
