  • Defense/aerospace exposure, including experience operating in regulated environments, is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve the efficiency, governance, and business value of CorpTech’s software spend
  • Own the operating processes for software cost allocation, chargebacks, and spend visibility across business lines and divisions

  • Help manage the intake, evaluation, and escalation of new software requests, renewals, and portfolio-related decisions
  • Build operating mechanisms to track vendor performance, surface risks, and resolve issues with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Evaluate evolving business needs through utilization analysis, stakeholder partnership, and structured problem solving to inform software portfolio decisions
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on major vendors, spending patterns, and usage trends to support optimization decisions and develop business cases for action
  • Define, track, and report on key operating metrics (e.g., spend per HC, utilization, cost avoidance, savings pipeline)
