About The Position

ARMA Global, a fully owned subsidiary of GDIT, is seeking an Operations Analyst Senior Tech to support a critical mission in Fayetteville, NC. The Operations Analyst Senior Tech will utilize their extensive experience to provide subject matter support to the customer mission, including analytical support for due diligence packets, profile maintenance, information monitoring, and analysis of consumer data portfolios. The role involves conducting public record, business, credit, and internet research, as well as industry analysis using various data sources such as social media, commercial databases, and open-source intelligence. The analyst will gather, analyze, and evaluate data related to operations and organizations to support force protection and identity data management efforts, recommend mitigation strategies for vulnerabilities and risks, identify communication links and networks, and provide recommendations for future technical collection and targeting. Performing link analysis on networks to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities is also a key responsibility. The position requires coordination and collaboration with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce reliable products, and maintaining an active understanding of relevant technologies and services, including emerging tools and procedures. The analyst will have opportunities to support additional duties, becoming integrated and trained to complement operational execution, and may assist in preparing assessments of current threats and trends. Experience at a command or DoW agency is beneficial. The ability to work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate participation in the development of global plans is essential. The role involves consulting with clients on optimal project design, serving as an advisor in subject areas, recommending functional changes, and identifying areas for further investigation. Additional duties as assigned, participation in special projects, and potentially coaching less experienced professionals are also part of the role. The analyst may develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.

Requirements

6+ years of related experience.
Associate degree.
6+ years of related experience either Military or Civilian Equivalent.
Microsoft office proficiency.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
US citizenship required.
Military Experience.
Experience with data providers, data flow, data analytics and assessments, operational risk assessments, threats and threat mitigation strategies.
Commercial ID applications and solutions experience.
Experience conducting online research and analysis for discover, vulnerabilities, and threats.
Experience with knowledge management, legal implications of identity data and US policy in conducting offensive and defensive cyber operations.
Familiarity with and ability to leverage existing and emerging free-ware monitoring options for alerts and management of online identity information content and articulating to customers the process for opting out and managing online identity information through marketing services.
Ability to work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate participation and input in the development of global plans.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support necessary to generate due diligence packets.

Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services while being prepared to include emerging tools and procedures as necessary.
Support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions becoming integrated and trained to support and compliment operational execution.
Assist in preparing assessment of current threats and trends based on the research and analysis of intelligence data.
Consult with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects.
Serve as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommend functional changes, and identify areas for further investigation.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Participate in special projects as required.
May coach and review the work of less experienced professionals.
May develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.
