The role supports operational coordination, roadmap activities, and project delivery, with a focus on the Projects & Continuous Improvement Office (PCIO)-enabled Enterprise Booking and Scheduling project as well as the SDDT portfolio-driven Integrated Enrolment Planning, Operationalization, and Governance project (IEPOG). Responsibilities include process mapping, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and analysis to support workflow optimization and governance alignment. The incumbent ensures work is organized and aligned with established processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also provides limited operational scheduling support to assist team capacity and build practical knowledge of scheduling processes.
