The Operations Analyst (Retail Fulfilment) is responsible for supporting end-to-end order fulfilment operations, inventory management and operational performance across retail, marketplace, and e-commerce channels. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, eComm, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure inventory accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and exceptional customer experience while driving continuous process improvement through data analysis. This individual will own inventory planning for retail, etail and home shopping. Participate in the Business to Business (B2B) Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process with channel teams. Partners with eComm, Brand, Acquisition, Supply Chain, Product Development and Fulfillment Centers to meet demand for ongoing sales of existing and new product launches.
