The Operations Analyst (Retail Fulfilment) is responsible for supporting end-to-end order fulfilment operations, inventory management and operational performance across retail, marketplace, and e-commerce channels. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, eComm, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure inventory accuracy, on-time fulfillment, and exceptional customer experience while driving continuous process improvement through data analysis. This individual will own inventory planning for retail, etail and home shopping. Participate in the Business to Business (B2B) Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) process with channel teams. Partners with eComm, Brand, Acquisition, Supply Chain, Product Development and Fulfillment Centers to meet demand for ongoing sales of existing and new product launches. Requirements

  • 2–5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FULFILLMENT OPERATIONS, SUPPLY CHAIN, RETAIL OPERATIONS, OR E-COMMERCE.
  • ADVANCED MICROSOFT EXCEL SKILLS (PIVOT TABLES, XLOOKUP, POWER QUERY).
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ERP, WMS, OMS, OR INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
  • STRONG ANALYTICAL AND CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS.
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH 3PL AND FULFILLMENT PROVIDERS.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily order flow across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Retail, and other e-commerce channels.
  • Ensure orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped within customer and marketplace service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Investigate and resolve order exceptions, shortages, shipping delays, chargebacks, returns, and fulfillment discrepancies.
  • Analyze order flow from receipt through shipment and returns to identify bottlenecks or delays.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, co-packers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and transportation partners to maintain operational performance and resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Support new launches and promotional activities to ensure fulfillment readiness.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy across ERP, WMS, retailer portals, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, TikTok Shop, and other sales platforms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
  • Analyze inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Support inventory allocation during promotions, launches, and peak demand.
  • Coordinates set up of UPCs to product listings.
  • Facilitate channel team on B2B BOM creation, implementation and any change needed through ECO (Engineering Change Order) in Oracle system.
  • Partner with Logistics Providers to arrange for transportation of goods.
  • Perform Work Order Releases, Internal Sales Order Releases (ISO), Sample Orders, Purchase Order (PO) shipments, receipts and tracking from suppliers.
  • Function as liaison between accounting and suppliers, including invoice reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking fulfillment and inventory performance.
  • Analyze trends in Order Volume, Fill Rates, OTIF performance, Inventory turns, Return rates, Marketplace account health, Customer service metrics.
  • Present recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
  • Support forecasting and inventory planning activities.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with retailers, marketplaces, carriers, and logistics partners.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and systems enhancements.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned.
