About The Position

Spry Methods is seeking an Operations Analyst, Journeyman to support a Marine Corps program office on-site at Quantico. This role is crucial for managing the operational rhythm of the program, including weekly meetings, action items, metrics, and scheduling. The Operations Analyst will be highly visible to program leadership and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of program operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of delivering operations or executive support to a program office — 8 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
• Able to work on-site at Marine Corps Base Quantico during core hours 0900–1500 ET.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for metrics and leadership-ready graphics.

Nice To Haves

• Prior on-site support to a DoD or USMC program office.
• Experience producing formal decisional meeting minutes.
• SharePoint and Microsoft Teams site administration exposure.
• The person who notices the room is not booked before anyone else does.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations management support coordinating with the PM, DPM, APMs, and Team Leads.
• Attend weekly program meetings — coordinate facility resources, take notes, record action items, and follow up with leadership.
• Produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets for program action items.
• Organize and maintain electronic program documents and files for ease of access; establish online and on-site meeting locations and issue invites per Government distribution lists.
• Draft and deliver minutes for critical or decisional meetings, and prepare the Weekly Schedule Input to the Portfolio.
