Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Science or related fields.
  • 1-year professional experience in System Architecture & Workflow Design.
  • 1-year professional experience in Cross-Functional Product Requirements Development.
  • 1-year professional experience in Advanced Forecasting & Scenario Modeling.
  • 1-year professional experience in Data Modeling & Metric Architecture.
  • 1-year professional experience in Enterprise Dashboard Architecture & BI Tool Design.
  • 1-year professional experience in Process Optimization & Operational Design.
  • Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
  • Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 year of experience in the position Operations analyst, management analyst or related position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of internal labor planning and operational optimization systems, defining core logic, data structures, and workflow requirements.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and forecasting models to support labor allocation, productivity evaluation, and operational planning across fulfillment centers.
  • Define product specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable system features, data pipelines, and analytical tools.
  • Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and data models to enable accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct cross-functional analysis to identify process gaps and opportunities, recommending data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Align stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to standardize planning methodologies, labor definitions, and system workflows.
  • Present insights, system recommendations, and planning scenarios to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and organizational alignment.
