This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing. The Operations Analyst serves as a key business execution and organizational support partner for the Proficiency Coach organization, helping drive reporting discipline, deliverable management, project coordination, employee engagement support, and operational readiness across the line of business. Responsibilities include reviewing and organizing reporting, tracking action items and project milestones, preparing presentations and business updates, supporting SharePoint management, assisting with hiring and onboarding readiness, coordinating education and access needs, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with expansion planning. This role also helps document processes, identify gaps, escalate risks or delays, and support continuous improvement across the organization. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely follow-through. The ideal candidate communicates effectively, partners well across teams, maintains confidentiality, and supports continuous improvement and operational excellence.
