About The Position

Evergen is hiring an Operations Analyst 2 to support manufacturing and supply-chain operations through analysis, reporting, production and capacity planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement. The role develops queries and business intelligence reports to support inventory and production levels and on-time delivery to internal and external customers. It monitors inventory and production flow, supports production-plan adjustments, and communicates potential customer impacts. The analyst supports monthly SIOP forecasting for production capacity, output, expenses, and inventory; coordinates updates to production plans; develops operational metrics; and provides analysis for tissue yield and resource optimization. The position also supports standard-cost updates, estimates and analyses costs for new products and improvement projects, and conducts project payback and return-on-investment analyses. It provides historical-data analysis for quality assurance and systems, including support for audits, statistical modeling, and design of experiments, and builds effective working relationships across Evergen departments. The role is based onsite in an office environment with an assigned workstation in Alachua, Florida. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, information systems, or another applicable field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing- or supply-chain-related field.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Data analysis skills.
Experience with MRP/enterprise resource programs.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including advanced Excel.
Database query and reporting skills.
Business intelligence (BI) report development skills.
Ability to move or lift objects up to 25 pounds.
Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays.
Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers, such as typing, opening, writing, clicking, and paper sorting.

Responsibilities

Develop queries, business intelligence reports, and analyses to support supply-chain activities, including inventory and production levels, and on-time product delivery to internal and external customers.
Monitor inventory and production flow, proactively support adjustments to the production plan, and communicate potential customer impacts.
Support production capacity, output, expense, and inventory forecasting for the monthly SIOP process.
Coordinate monthly and ongoing updates to the production plan.
Perform production and capacity planning analysis, develop operations metrics, and support continuous improvement.
Provide analysis and reporting support for tissue yield and resource optimization initiatives.
Support standard-cost updates and perform cost estimates and analyses for new products and operations-improvement projects.
Conduct financial analyses for project payback and return on investment (ROI).
Support quality assurance and systems through historical-data analysis for audits, statistical modeling, and design of experiments.
Build effective relationships and provide a high level of customer service to Evergen departments at all levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
