Job Summary We are seeking a data driven Operations Administrator to support our high performing teams in Buffalo Grove, IL. What a typical day looks like: Responsible for processing daily operations and documentation of paperwork, and transactions. Collect, analyze, and report to operational data (safety, quality, etc.) Helping with safety reports and safety topics. Generate process, performance, and status reports; track and manage document numbers. Create and maintain specialized catalogs, logs, and project files. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and charts for internal teams. May be responsible for the inventory of products to assist the production team. Provide outstanding customer service. Provide support to leadership in terms of various processes and status reports.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Charting/Dashboard Creation).
  • Strong data-analysis skills, including the ability to interpret trends and translate data into actionable insights, ideate and propose solutions, as well as manage action trackers.
  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Manufacturing experience
  • Experience working with ERP system (any platform)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
  • Ability to write and type correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently
