About The Position

The Operations Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the process and duties as detailed in the PWS or other contracted services for the daily issue of food on a military installation. Quality customer service is expected to be provided to the customer at all times. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a government/commercial kitchen with equipment and administrative responsibility, and in supervising or leading teams.
• Minimum of two (2) years computerized accounting experience in foodservice management or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years computer operations experience.
• Experience dealing with government personnel/customers concerning contracted services.
• Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.).
• Ability to interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Good management communication (writing and verbal) and people skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state they reside, have a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy.
• Meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract(s).
• Able to pass organization screening.
