About The Position

The Operations Supervisor ADP is “hosted” by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department, and participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities. After completion of the first 9 months of the program, the employee will gain a minimum of 6 months of experience as an Acting Supervisor within the warehouse or production plant completing 2 months in each shift (3 total). Employees will work out of our Orlando, Florida location and will begin the program either January or July 2027.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must be able to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in Orlando, Florida.
• Must be able to begin the program in January or July 2027.
