About The Position

Love Management Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operational Utility Manager to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operational functions and make a real impact within a dynamic organization. The Operational Utility Manager will be a "floating" manager able to navigate cross company fulfilling the demands of our thriving hospitality company. The ideal candidate will have a flexible open schedule and be available to travel when needed to our individual businesses based on the needs of the company. He/she will be knowledgeable of the operational needs of FOH and BOH and act as support to fill management vacancies as opportunities open up within the businesses. Experience with multi-concepts multi-state preferred. The selected candidate must be able to travel as needed. Candidates with experience with Paylocity, Toast, and Margin Edge will be given preference.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management within the hospitality field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive revenue
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in operational reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with multi-concepts multi-state preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operational functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and manage resources and infrastructure across facilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support organizational goals
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
