About The Position

Zen Strategics, a Titan Technologies company, is seeking an Operational Technology Threat Intelligence Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The program provides specialized cyber defense analysis, cybersecurity content development, vulnerability management, and Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity support. The analyst reviews OT security events and threats, supports protection and detection improvements, collaborates on threat analysis and incident response, and serves as an OT cybersecurity subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Current DOD Top Secret Clearance and eligibility for an IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at the time of proposal submission.
• Six years of relevant IT experience.
• Two years of experience working with OT or related technologies.
• Two years of experience utilizing cyber threat intelligence.
• Two years of experience working with a SIEM in an engineering or incident response role.
• Experience collecting and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
• Understanding of the NIST Incident Response Framework.
• Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Experience with OT, such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software.
• Understanding of threats and vulnerabilities in OT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Support content developers and cybersecurity engineers in identifying gaps in protection and detection of OT systems.
• Review logs, network events, and alerts related to OT systems for signs of attacks or Advanced Persistent Threats.
• Work with Cyber Intelligence and Incident Response analysts to ensure expert analysis and reporting of OT cybersecurity threats and attacks.
• Perform root cause analysis and support remediation efforts for OT cybersecurity incidents.
• Act as the subject matter expert on OT cybersecurity issues.
