As Owens Corning accelerates its IT/OT convergence and Digital Manufacturing strategy, the OT Network Engineer plays a critical role in enabling secure, reliable, and scalable manufacturing operations across our global manufacturing footprint. This position is responsible for deploying, supporting, and continuously improving Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructure while embedding cybersecurity across industrial control system (ICS) environments. This role partners with manufacturing, engineering, cybersecurity, and technology teams to evaluate emerging technologies, develop and implement global OT standards, and translate architecture strategies into practical site solutions that improve connectivity, resiliency, visibility, and operational performance. Through the deployment of the Manufacturing Digital Reference Architecture (MDRA) and other strategic digital initiatives, this role assists in accelerating Owens Corning's digital transformation while ensuring the security, availability, and long-term sustainability of manufacturing operations. As a key contributor to the Manufacturing Digital Reference Architecture (MDRA), the OT Network Engineer partners with plant teams, engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, application owners, and delivery partners to modernize industrial networks across Owens Corning manufacturing sites. The role provides hands-on technical leadership from assessment and detailed design through implementation, operational readiness, turnover, and lifecycle support.
