About The Position

Lynxeo Aerospace Morocco, based in Mohammedia, is recruiting an Operational Technology Manager (OTM) to lead, secure, and continuously improve all of the site's OT systems. As the guarantor of industrial continuity, you will be responsible for the management, operation, maintenance, and cybersecurity of OT systems, including programmable logic controllers, variable speed drives, supervision systems, industrial communications, production databases, supervision PCs, and OT infrastructures. You will directly contribute to the reliability of installations, responsiveness in production, and cyber risk management in a demanding industrial environment.

Requirements

• Training from BAC+3 to BAC+5 in automation, industrial computing, embedded systems, electromechanics, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment.
• Mastery of industrial controllers, supervision systems, industrial networks, and OT best practices.
• Knowledge of Siemens / Schneider environments, AVEVA InTouch, Wireshark, TIA Portal.
• Good level of understanding of OT cybersecurity issues: patch management, hardening, vulnerability management.
• Responsiveness, rigor, field awareness, and ability to work closely with production.
• Work authorization in Morocco.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete management of supervision PCs: installation, configuration, backup, and restoration.
• Lead the maintenance and updates of SCADA environments.
• Develop and modify programs on industrial controllers.
• Provide expertise on AVEVA InTouch 2020 and HMI/supervision interfaces.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to industrial communications: Profinet, DAS SI Direct, communication losses.
• Manage the OT network architecture: industrial switches, VLANs, segmentation, network diagrams.
• Intervene on the Oracle database for necessary extractions for the Process and Quality teams.
• Actively participate in the WINS migration/upgrade.
• Provide support for the barcode system and associated equipment.
• Take on the role of OT Cyber Correspondent and apply the Group's cybersecurity directives.
• Intervene quickly in case of incidents impacting production and implement sustainable preventive actions.
• Manage modifications, migrations, and commissioning of variable speed drives.
