Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a dental practice setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven reliability and ability to lead by example
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)
- Prior experience as a peer leader, trainer, or mentor
Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to resource for day-to-day team questions and coordination
- Assist the Office Manager in monitoring team performance and workflow efficiency
- Help onboard and mentor new team members
- Ensure that daily schedules, tasks, and responsibilities are executed effectively
- Act as liaison between team and management to communicate needs, updates, and concerns
- Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies
- Identify opportunities for improvement and offer suggestions to leadership
- Help maintain a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture
- Continue performing core responsibilities of their main role (e.g., dental assistant, front desk, hygienist)
