About The Position

The Operational Support Specialist is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer orders within the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system. This role ensures order integrity, supports operational workflows, and assists with returns processing (RMA). The position serves as a critical link between sales, customer service, and fulfillment operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order flow responsible for supporting daily fulfillment center operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order processing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in an ERP system is required; P21 experience strongly preferred
  • 1–3 years of fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, etc)

Nice To Haves

  • Distribution or wholesale experience
  • Prior RMA processing experience is a plus
  • Inventory management or shipping experience

Responsibilities

  • Enter, review, and maintain customer orders in Epicor Prophet 21 (P21)
  • Verify order accuracy, pricing, product availability, and customer details
  • Support daily operational workflows by resolving order discrepancies or issues
  • Process and track RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests
  • Communicate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Monitor order status and proactively address delays or exceptions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow established SOPs
  • Provide general operational support as needed across departments. This can include picking, packing and shipping orders
