About The Position

The Operational Success Partner is part of a centralized operational support model responsible for day-to-day Care Center support, issue resolution, project coordination, Practice Manager training, system and workflow support, onboarding/offboarding support, technology adoption, and service delivery. This role partners closely with Market Operations leadership, Strategic Growth Managers, and corporate functional teams to ensure Care Centers receive responsive, consistent, and solutions-focused support.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a health care organization with broad industry knowledge of patient care management or community-based physician Care Center management.
  • Experience with change management adoption
  • Effective communication skills
  • Highly developed organizational skills including the ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously to deliver on-time completion.
  • Excellent operational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision is essential.
  • Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others internally and externally.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree preferred, requiring highly developed language and reasoning skills.
  • Women’s health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational support requests from Care Centers within assigned markets, delivering exceptional customer service through timely, professional, and solutions-focused communication.
  • Manage, prioritize, track, document, and resolve incoming support inquiries through Salesforce, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high levels of Care Center satisfaction.
  • Develop, coordinate, and facilitate Practice Manager training for operational processes, systems, workflows, tools, and technology adoption to support consistent execution across Care Centers.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures, communication templates, and best practice documentation to support operational consistency and service delivery.
  • Lead and support project management activities for market and company initiatives, including planning, coordination, implementation, communication, and execution of operational projects.
  • Partner closely with Strategic Growth Managers to ensure seamless communication, issue resolution, and support for Care Center operations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for Care Centers, providers, and members by coordinating communications, system access needs, workflow readiness, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, Human Resources, Credentialing, Accounting, Marketing, and other departments to identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues impacting Care Centers.
  • Monitor support trends, case resolution time, service satisfaction, training completion, and case management performance to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen operational service levels.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
