About The Position

BizTek People is in search for an experience Operational Resilience PM for our client in NYC! This is a hybrid role, with approximately 50% onsite work. The industry is Financial Services. We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience PM/BA to lead a regulatory compliance initiative focused on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Financial services experience required
• Experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and/or Disaster Recovery
• Knowledge of U.S. financial services regulatory requirements
• Strong project management and policy/procedure writing experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

• Big Four or equivalent consulting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory projects related to DFS 500.4
• Define business requirements, methodology, templates, and project roadmaps
• Develop Disaster Recovery policies and procedures
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization
