About The Position

Support one of the U.S. Air Force's premier operational Human Performance programs in Germany. As the Operational Psychologist, you advise Wing and Group leadership and help elite tactical professionals optimize readiness, resilience, and cognitive performance (roughly 90% operational, 10% clinical). This role is located at Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site). We are recruiting U.S.-based professionals with an active TS/SCI clearance who are ready to relocate. Relocation assistance and full OCONUS living support are provided.

Requirements

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, APA-accredited, with an APA-accredited internship
Active, unrestricted U.S. license to practice psychology
Active TS/SCI clearance
Four or more years in a DoD or Federal behavioral health environment
U.S. citizenship and eligibility to relocate to and work in Germany

Responsibilities

Command consultation to Wing and Group leaders on human factors, team performance, and resiliency
Personnel assessment and selection for specialized, high-risk, and leadership positions
Evidence-based resilience, cognitive-performance, and leadership training
Post-incident and post-mission support
