Aptar is seeking an Operational Marketing Analyst based in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, or Lincolnton, North Carolina. The position is hybrid, with work in the office two to three days per week. The role manages the full lifecycle of customer-owned production and downstream assets, ensuring custom tooling recommendations—including refurbishments, storage fees, and scrap dispositions—are developed with account managers and communicated through appropriate commercial channels. It also recommends repairs and refurbishments for Aptar-owned equipment to maintain optimal operating conditions while minimizing downtime and cost. Stock tooling recommendations are made through Operational Marketing in alignment with the Marketing Manager and Director. The analyst builds and sustains trust-based relationships with Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Market Development (GMD) to support alignment, transparency, and collaboration. The role develops in-depth product knowledge and coordinates asset refurbishment projects from identification through completion. It works with stakeholders on pricing, timing, and profitability for customer-owned assets; supports coordination of tooling repairs based on production requirements, inventory, and out-of-service timing; and tracks refurbishment costs, timelines, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate is organized and analytical, with strengths in coordinating complex projects, managing assets, and collaborating across functions. They are relationship-focused and self-motivated, and can advance tooling refurbishment and asset management initiatives while balancing cost, profitability, and operational needs.
