About The Position

HR Code is a Polish company operating in recruitment, temporary work, outsourcing, and foreign worker services. The company is currently expanding its operational activities in both Poland and the Netherlands. To support this business scaling, they are seeking an individual to take responsibility for coordinating key operational processes in both markets. The ideal candidate will be able to combine team management and daily operations with cost control, supplier and client collaboration, and effective problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, service procurement, employee accommodation, fleet management, or a similar area.
  • Experience in team management and organizing work in an environment with multiple parallel projects.
  • Ability to plan budgets, control costs, and analyze the effectiveness of conducted activities.
  • Experience in negotiations and building relationships with suppliers, clients, or business partners.
  • Practical knowledge of basic financial processes, such as document flow, invoice control, or cost analysis.
  • Independence and readiness to make decisions and take responsibility for their implementation.
  • Excellent work organization and prioritization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Good communication skills and ease in collaborating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Readiness for mobile work and business trips within Poland and the Netherlands.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Very good knowledge of English, enabling fluent business communication.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets and reporting.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Dutch language will be an additional asset.
  • Experience in the temporary employment, outsourcing, employment agency, employee logistics, or foreign worker services industry will also be welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and supervising the daily work of the operational team, ensuring a clear division of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Coordinating projects implemented in Poland and the Netherlands.
  • Organizing and supervising processes related to, among others, accommodation, transport, equipment, and administrative support for employees.
  • Monitoring the achievement of operational goals and key performance indicators.
  • Controlling operational costs and seeking opportunities for optimization.
  • Developing cooperation with existing service providers and identifying and verifying new partners in Poland and the Netherlands.
  • Conducting negotiations with suppliers and business partners.
  • Coordinating issues related to transport and fleet, including vehicle availability, insurance, service, leasing, and efficient fleet utilization.
  • Analyzing operational data and preparing regular reports and summaries for the Management Board.
  • Collaborating with recruitment, sales, HR, payroll, and accounting teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ongoing cooperation with clients and responding to their operational needs.
  • Resolving problems and situations requiring quick decisions during project implementation.
  • Ensuring smooth communication between the team in Poland, foreign partners, clients, and employees implementing projects in the Netherlands.
