About The Position

As an Operational Logistics Planning Analyst, you’ll bring your planning and operational expertise to work on projects for naval and component commands. You’ll analyze, develop, and assess campaign plans and orders that integrate Service-component capabilities and capacity to achieve Combatant Command and National Security Strategy objectives. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis to senior leaders to inform key decisions. You’ll guide the work we do for naval and component commands and the solutions we deliver for military missions, defense planning, and national security. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience within the DoD
  • Experience in operational and amphibious logistics planning at component or higher level
  • Experience using Joint and Marine Corps planning processes
  • Knowledge of Expeditionary Logistics capabilities and developments to include Naval Logistics Integrations (NLI) and Prepositioning Program Management
  • Knowledge of Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) employment concepts
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, direction, and supervision
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in operational planning in the NORTHCOM Areas of Operations to include maritime Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA)
  • Experience leading Operational Planning Teams and Working Groups
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master’s degree
  • Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education Phase I and II
