About The Position

The Operations Implementation Analyst supports the rollout and adoption of the Livegage rules engine across business operations. This role partners with business units to embed new rules into workflows, train end users, and ensure operational readiness. The analyst acts as a liaison between the Product Operations team and frontline operations, ensuring rule outputs are actionable, understood, and integrated into daily processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years related experience supporting implementations and workflows
  • Experience in mortgage servicing or financial operations.
  • Exposure to rules engines or exception-based workflows.
  • Change management and/or training experience.
  • Agile certification or hands-on agile team experience.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience in process mapping and operational change.
  • Ability to translate technical outputs into business actions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery and backlog management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational implementation of Livegage rules across assigned departments.
  • Map current and future-state workflows to align with rule outputs.
  • Coordinate with business SMEs and key stakeholders to validate rule impact and process changes.
  • Support backlog refinement by identifying operational needs and dependencies.
  • Train end users and champion adoption of new workflows and tools throughout the enterprise.
  • Gather feedback from business units and translate into backlog items and support resolution.
  • Track adoption metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in all agile ceremonies and update task progress in Azure Boards.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
