Requirements

Proven experience delivering operational excellence, transformation or consulting initiatives in complex environments
Strong financial acumen with the ability to link operational actions to P&L and cash outcomes
Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to drive decisions
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programmes and influence senior stakeholders
Strong programme and project management skills, with a focus on execution and results
Ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively in high-impact, ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

Identifying and prioritising high-value improvement opportunities that significantly enhance P&L performance and cash generation
Leading targeted operational excellence programmes from diagnosis through to implementation and results delivery
Conducting detailed analysis to uncover root causes and translate insights into clear, actionable improvement plans
Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
Driving disciplined execution of initiatives, ensuring accountability and sustainable performance improvements
Monitoring and validating financial impact in collaboration with Finance to ensure real, trackable value delivery
