About The Position

Collins Aerospace is looking to hire an Operations Excellence Senior Lead for the MRO site in Foley facility. This role reports directly to the General Manager and carries operational and strategic responsibility, playing a key role in driving the growth and success of the organization. Requirements

University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
Knowledge of aerospace structures.
Strong background in operations within an aerospace environment.
Strong background involvement in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

Nice To Haves

Experience working in an aerospace MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) environment.
Experience working in engineering within an aerospace environment.
Experience with nacelle or composite structures and related repair processes.
Experience interacting with customers.
Experience presenting in group settings and communicating across organizational levels.
Familiarity with regional cultural norms and working across different countries.
Experience managing Profit & Loss statements.
Experience communication and collaborate across all functions of the business and local teams.
Experience promoting culture of accountability.

Responsibilities

Champion a culture of customer excellence, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations in quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
Define and deploy CORE Operating System throughout the business.
Coordinate and facilitate events.
Manage processes and/or improvement methodologies to support operational performance.
Coach change leaders to drive process improvements.
Oversee internal/external continuous improvement certifications.
Develop and deploy KPIs (DIH, Margin, Sales, COPQ) to improve efficiency.
Drive Tier review process meetings (inc. MROLife).
Act as Chief of Staff to the Senior Leader Team to ensure effectiveness of Control Tower, Macro plan, Risk Register, CIR (Continuous Improvement Roadmap), and QPR (Quarterly Progress Review) pack development.
Manage 5S calibration cycle.
Develop and deploy site communication strategies for IATAI Items of Interest, Weekly Operations/Support team reviews, and All Ups.
Develop and deploy digital strategies for the site.
