We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a company-wide effort to raise operational capability and efficiency. This is an internal operations and IT transformation role — not a construction or development PM. The mission is to standardize and automate the manual, repetitive workflows that slow our teams down, and to upskill our people so those gains stick. The right person is a disciplined operator with high business and emotional intelligence: someone who can understand various internal department processes, hold projects to schedule and budget, drive measurable productivity gains, and bring skeptical stakeholders along rather than steamroll them. Early wins will come from process automation; next, this role will help the organization adopt modern software and AI tooling where it creates real value. Finally, any additional general IT experience and knowledge is a plus. This position is based on-site so the PM can work shoulder-to-shoulder with the teams whose processes they are improving.
