We are seeking an experienced Operational Deployment Lead to support a large‑scale, multi‑site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation. This role is responsible for driving operational readiness across all phases of deployment—pre‑deployment planning, go‑live execution, and post‑deployment optimization.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Prior project management experience supporting complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.

  • Experience with Healthcare IT or prior EHR system deployment activities.
  • Demonstrated expertise within a relevant workstream domain (e.g., operations, training, technical readiness, clinical engagement).
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare operational environments.
  • Experience working with clients or cultures aligned with military, service‑oriented, or mission‑driven organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational support for a large, multi‑site EHR deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget parameters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned workstream, facilitating planning, progress tracking, issue escalation, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate activities across technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management to maintain integrated delivery and execution.
  • Oversee deployment lifecycle activities including readiness assessments, cutover planning, command‑center support, and stabilization efforts.
  • Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates, highlight challenges, and drive forward momentum on deliverables.
  • Build and maintain trusted, productive relationships across client teams, vendor groups, and internal program partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client workflows, processes, and organizational practices to ensure alignment of deployment activities.
  • Prepare and contribute to high‑quality deliverables such as data analyses, slide decks, written summaries, and other materials used for decision‑making.
  • Lead and support QSV Watch Officers during deployment and post‑go‑live phases.
  • Document and escalate patient‑safety issues through established channels to support timely investigation and resolution.
  • Coordinate triage activities, including events, forums, and incident management workflows, ensuring adherence to established processes and communication pathways.
