About The Position
Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Operational Accountant for an immediate opening. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The position is for a duration of 6+ months and is a full-time contract employment type.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP (Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Registration, or Ariba Network).
- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Experience supporting integrations between SAP Ariba and PeopleSoft (or similar ERP platforms).
- Experience with UAT, test script creation, and system validation.
- Background in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Supplier Enablement, or Operational Accounting.
Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding, maintenance, and enablement in SAP.
- Troubleshoot supplier, purchasing, and invoicing issues across Ariba and PeopleSoft.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and validate system enhancements.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Accounts Payable, and external suppliers to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain supplier master data and perform data cleanup to ensure accuracy and compliance.
